Cultured Food Festival!
Colorado’s first annual cultured foods festival, Cultured Colorado, will take place October 18-23 throughout the Denver metro area. This “distributed” festival is sponsored by the Cultured Food Guild
and consists of 10 uniquely designed events, planned and hosted by
prominent members of the local food economy. It will showcase national
and local experts on the history, benefits, and preparation of fermented
foods. The festival is designed to build a stronger and more resilient
community of individuals and institutions committed to reviving
traditional cultured and fermented food preparation and promoting the
local foodshed, healthy living, and sustainability.
